Dr Justin Adams

Dr Justin Adams is an experienced chiropractor with over 12 years of clinical practice, combining a strong background in sports injury management with a passion for family-centred chiropractic care. As the owner of Tygervalley Chiropractic, Dr Adams works with patients of all ages, focusing on the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions and helping individuals move, function, and feel their best. His extensive experience in sports-related injuries continues to inform his practical, patient-centred approach to care.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr Adams has a longstanding commitment to the advancement of the chiropractic profession in South Africa. He currently serves as Vice President of the Chiropractic Association of South Africa (CASA), and asa council member since 2021. He has also served previously as the Chairman of CASA's Western Cape Branch. His leadership responsibilities have included chiropractic student engagement, professional initiatives, member benefits, professional endorsements, the CASA Podcast, and Straighten Up South Africa.
Earlier in his career, Dr Adams served as Chief Medical Officer for the Emeris Rugby Club and USSA rugby teams and lectured in Anatomy and Injury Prevention Management at HFPA. During his university years, he also served as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the World Congress of Chiropractic Students.
Dr Adams holds a Master of Technology in Chiropractic from the Durban University of Technology and was awarded the prestigious Mario Milani Award in recognition of his internship portfolio.
His approach to practice combines clinical experience, a deep understanding of movement and injury, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, individualised care for every patient.
